Room not clean, faul smell when room open, cockroach in toilet

Nice experience the rooms are neat and clean peaceful and admosfear but there is no parking place

Rooms not clean. This is a very poor feeling i get. It's very bad smelly and not highginic

Small and cozy hotel rooms. Well maintained. Clean room and bathroom. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Decent stay in the city centre for family and friends. Capital mall was very close by which is added advantage. Highly recommend.

Actually, the room we booked was not up to the standard, as it didn't have even a towel holder/ rack in the bathroom. We asked to change the room and moved to a higher costing room, by paying the differential amount. That room was way much better After that, the stay was more comfortable.. Locating the place was difficult, as there was no sign board indicating the hotel, on the road side, or on the bylane leading to the hotel. We went past the place, knew that we were wrong, contacted the hotel, turned back and reached the hotel. All this could have been avoided, if a sign board was placed at the road side. This is a suggestion, please.. We paid 400/- more for the new room including delayed check-out..

Location is busy area room is neat and fresh but bathroom is average and hotel guy behaving was good then parking is available just in-front of hotel just 3 car can park.
