The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

I recently enjoyed a pleasant two-day stay at this hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. However, there is room for improvement in the dining experience. The kitchen could benefit from some enhancements, and the food quality fell short of expectations. Overall, it was a good stay, but with some adjustments to the culinary offerings, it could be even better.

The rooms are hygienic and inhouse cleaning is done on daily basis. Food is good. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Hotel is ok. Room is good but not excellent. Room service about tea in the morning is bad the owner of the hotel denied for bed tea. Staff is very young n un professional. The young owner of the hotel is little rude to talk and full of attitude very unprofessional.

I was happy at the entrance and even room is good but this staff / owner is new so many things are not well arranged so had to do many things myself, tv had no channel, washroom was average and room was average. It’s like 2. 5 to 3 rating hotel stay. Now the best part was food, they have very good food taste so please enjoy meal at your room. Again, i would say it was good experience for me.

Ambiance and facilities are ok. Hospitality was somehow managed by the crew. Crew are very young team. Too many problems/ issues found but all were managed by the management.

The hotel was not having clean rooms. Also the rooms are stinking and no hygeine followed by them. Staff was polite. Even the tv was not working which they tried but nothing happened

When we checked into the hotel room, it was smelling? we had to get it room freshened. Then there was no restaurant in the hotel. Even though we had booked the hotel with breakfast. There was no arrangements for the same. When we said that we have booked with breakfast, them we were given poha, banana and tea. Not the kind of experience we expected in our vacation.

Location-good, amenities -average as electric kettle not available, services- average, food- i have booked the hotel with complimentary dinner and breakfast for two adults and two kids, but the caretaker/ reception person said that as per hotel policy he will provide the meal for only two adults. He has provided the meal as yellow dal, ch-hole and rice with no chapatis. On asking of the chapatis, he told to provide only three to four chapati and when i told him to complaint in mmt, he threatened that me to do the complaint and told me that he will now not provide the chapatis. This was my terrible experience during last seven years as i am frequently booking through mmt. I will also lodged the consumer complaint against the mm t and the hotel too

One of the most worst hotel in lonavala. Full disturbance of gym which is on 3rd floor. Amenities mentioned in the package wasn’t there in the room. There’s a gym on the top floor with loud music there was disturbance throughout and even early morning we couldn’t sleep properly. The noise of the dumbbells and musics were so loud! there was no mountain view and garden view like they mentioned in fact the backside of the building has a full junk yard and dirty view! such a waste of time and money! with your decision before finalizing your bookings in this property. There are lot of good places available nearby. The owner will sound very polite and flexible initially while seeking your booking however the ground reality will be 360 degree different which will force you to write an review for them. Arrogant owner, unexperienced staff, zero hospitality are their top qualities. You may find some positive reviews as well but those are paid reviews which are added to compensate and maintain the overall positive rating. So be careful and choose wisely!
