I recently stayed at te Hotel Karammoottil Palace in kollam, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini-bar, and a luxurious bathroom Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet homely stay in kollam. I would definitely come back!

Subject: Disappointing Experience at [Hotel Name] We checked in around 11:30 PM, only to find that the room had clearly been used prior to our arrival and was not cleaned before being handed over to us. We had to call the hotel to request housekeeping, and it took approximately 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. The contact numbers provided were not functional, making it very difficult to reach the staff when we needed assistance. The hotel is located far from the city in a lonely and isolated area, which may not be ideal for most travelers. This property is not suitable for families. The environment appears to cater more to bar patrons rather than family guests. There was a lot of noise during the night from surrounding rooms, which disrupted our sleep. hot water tap was in broken state and they hesitate to rectify. The breakfast was very poor. Only idli was available, and the quality was far below expectations. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness, service, food, and comfort. Family should avoid the stay in this Hotel

Worth it.. Best Rooms with Breakfast at a reasonable rate. Neat and clean rooms. Staff behavior was good. I really enjoyed the stay.

It was a wonderful experience while staying on karammoottil palace, good service, very cleaned rooms, good ambience, nice food and bar attached is a wonderful thing to order beverages and pricing of rooms was very economical and affordable. Nice experience feel ok booking time upto checkout time from hotel authorities.

2. When i book the room, room amenities have bathtub, but when the assigned room have no bathtub i want my refund, because i have traveled 30 km from my destination for the available of bathtub. Bathroom has a bad o dour smell of waste water that’s spreads to room, the kettle was not working the stay was basically bad for me
