I stayed at karthik residency recently, and i must say the hotel was really clean. The staff was friendly and made the stay pleasant. Plus, the rates were quite reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was great checking in and the staff was friendly. Receptionist named saran was very helpful and made my check in process easy. I booked the non-ac room and it was neat and tidy with all the necessary things

Good for one night stay when you travel for work. Near to south railway station back gate. They serve breakfast in the room. Breakfast is limited to a cup of tea and three idliis with sambar and chutney.

Walking distance from ernakulam junction. Room was clean and tidy and so was the washroom. You can order in food and relax. Staff was helpful too.

The hotel is located close to ernakulam south junction. Easy to access. The coffee/ tea should be served in flask. Breakfast provided here in this hotel is authentic taste of kerala.

Well maintained rooms, good parking space, nearby ernakulam south railway station. Staff behavior is unprofessional. Male employees look at women in a way they never saw before.

Silent location, nearby south realway station. Nice room. They have not provided soap, bath towel, drinking water. When i request, they have provided towel and water. Night time mosquito disturbance is high.

Okay I had rated average because Hotel room has no air circulation and the bed was not good bed was too shaking and making noises.
