Mr Shubam we are confused after serving you dinner at the night time and you no payment received from you for that, you misguide other travelers and using our bike for free and stayed 4 nights, you did not ask for housekeeping nor you complained about anything and after seeing your review make us feel pity on you that without paying the bills of the hotel you talk negatively about us. Thank for your feedback but the reality and fact is you have given written about your stay and we request Makemytrip to avoid such people to book any property as the guest only fabricate the stores and take advantage of it for not paying and by make the hospitality industry bad in India. We hope you visit next time with a positive mindset and wound not take advantage of online platforms. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Average Stay
The hotel is situated at a good spot near to dal lake gate, although service is somewhat poor, good one for budget travellers, car could not reach the hotel, you need to walk to the hotel. Overall good numbers for location and price but not good for service.

The worst experience. No response by the hotel member for the location. The hotel is not at good place. At the last i have to book another hotel as no one is attending the call. No parking area never book this hotel. Go for another one.

1. Location nice 2. Hotel room nice 3. Hotel manager nice 4. Facilities inside room nice 5. Bathroom nice and big 6. Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

Mr Agarwal thanks for your feedback but you should check the location of the place you stay before you book anything. Our property is in the heart of the city and the only market in whole Srinagar which remains open till midnight. We don’t understand what kind of safety you we’re looking for. We have family travelers couples and all kinds of people staying in our place but no one ever felt unsafe. Please stop watching too much national media that is the fear probably which was in your mind. We believe kashmir is one of the safest place to stay in Asia right now. Thank you 🙏🏽
Best place to stay in srinagar.
Lovely male and female staff. Food was good and rooms were lean and comfortable. Thanks to the owner for his care and hospitality. Booked the can with them and got the best deal. Driver was very good. I recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

It’s was a great stay with good service and delicious food in the restaurant. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The owner is extremely helpful and helped us to arrange a good taxi driver to room around. I highly recommend hotel kashmir inn.

Terrible stay at kashmir inn
familyI booked two rooms for one day and they provided just one room and adjusted us in one of their under construction room. We had to stay there because we reached there late and room at other nearby hotels was not available. They also said that if you had booked room for 2 days then they could have arranged better room for us.

As per the rules you were not getting any rooms because you came at 2 at the night and your booking was not valid with us anymore. We still provided you the room and it’s unfortunate that we should have followed the booking guidelines and you would have then realized it. We request mmt that such people should be given information before they book the property and because of such people, others suffer.
It was a terrible stay. No towels no soap no hot water bad were not clean up toilet flush were not in good condition both rooms tv were not working.

We are sorry to hear that you had some issues. But when you check out you didn’t tell us about anything and you were happy. You could have asked for anything while your stay but it’s very unfortunate you didn’t inform to anyone. You have to switch on the Geaser to get the hot water but you didn’t do it not you asked to anyone and then you complain! It’s such a pity to have people who only make issues out of themselves rather then a real issue. We wish you a better time ahead.
Fabulous stay at kashmir inn.
It's a really very nice hotel. Location is a little off beat but the facilities including food and sanitation are very good. Staff there are also very humble and helping. You must come here for a budget friendly excellent hotel. The food here is also very tasty. It's literally "home away from home"

Mr Tv. Our property is located in the street food market of kashmir. To get the parking is very hard. You didn’t turn on the Geaser switch so how is it going to work. Your tv switched is next to your bed for the convince but you didn’t turn it on nor you asked anyone to help. We feel sorry for you that you had such issues!

Good Stay
Room heaters were not available during our check-in. Only one room heater was provided for one room after our check-in. Provision for connection for additional room heater is not available in rooms. Geyser is not working in bathroom. Electric kettle is not available in rooms. These are basic requirements for tourists to live during - 10 degree centigrade. People are very good. Above facilities must be arranged for tourists.

Dear Pradeep thanks for your feedback. We would like to inform you that there is a electricity issue by the government in the winters and we can’t do anything about it. In terms of the heater and Geaser it only works when there is electricity. Still we have central water heating system which helps to get the hot water in freezing cold winters. We hope the electricity problem will be resolved by the government as they are installing the smart meters now. We will make sure that you will not face these issues in future.
