Due to medical emergency in the family, i could not travel. I called up the hotel to reschedule it for 1 week later. But on hearing they disconnected the call. Even after repeated attempts they never answered the call.

The price that you have quoted is 3 times more than the rate of actual rate ... Very terrible experience of reception and hospitality

Breakfast time is too late. Till 7:30 AM, no breakfast ready hence checkout the hotel without breakfast. We checked in after 9 PM and asked to extended checkout time till 1 PM which was also denied. Seems missed the breakfast and hotel staff was not extended 2 hours checkout time that's not good experience at all.

The rooms are good and specious but the room service was not good. They were not provided the Kit's those required everyday (soap, shampoo, shaving kit etc). Every morning we need to call reception for the same. In breakfast same menu everyday I am too bored and they are not ready to serve any demand item except masala dosa. I will not preferred this again.

check in delayed about hour as room were not free. I have waited at reception very long but didnt even have water at reception. AC was not working in the room.

My hotel stay was good and it is located in a peaceful area with all amenities. The staff was good responding to us i had a pleasant stay

The hotel is decently accorded but basic amenities are missing. The kettle and tea kit is very poorly stocked. Even a tea spoon for mixing a whitener is not there. No telephone guide in the room and remote of ac was only good for switching on and off.

Nice hotel with all required amenities for a regular or a family traveller. On the main road is an advantage. I did not have a vehicle but remember that the lift has a basement button so i assume there is parking amenities working tv, wifi, tea coffe making appliance, ample lights and sockets, cupboard, mirror, hot water, ac

i have bokked for 2 adult one children 7 years bed is queen size how we can stay in hotel with queen size bed and member is 3 , we book hotel for stay to live a better life, it is better to book lodge to stay in such hottel with queen size bed i have given 800 extra for extra bed. i have asked for extra cloth they told that no extra we have but when i ask for extra bed the given bed cover for covering now they have available. and your charges are 400 to 500 extra

Hotel is average. Looks ol property, need better maintenance if the bathroom and it's fittings. Morning breakfast also average, only limited items are available as compared to the cost

Rooms were a bit small in size, but were clean. Comp breakfast was great, on the highway so u can easily get cabs and auto

Stay was comfortable, location was convenient as i had my work in the same locality, only issue was about the breakfast which was ok
