A very nice property. Very beautiful. Greenery all over. U get fresh air in the morning. Very very clean room and bathrooms. Staff was very nice and polite. Very helpful

Not at all a 4 star rated property. Breakfast quality was good but there was no variety. Only chhole kulche and sandwiches were served. Overall experience wad good except the breakfast part. Applause for front desk person for a very swift check in.

The good: friendly staff and prompt 24/7 room service. The bad: poor in-house food and beverage quality. The ugly: smelly rooms laden with lizards.

Bad odour

Given that booking was on the last day didn't manage to get booking in preferred hotels and not knowing the city chose this hotel. Would have preferred an alternate. While the hotel - room and location seemed alright for an overnight stay, the room assigned had very bad odour, with stained sheets and curtains. The manager tried brushing the smell citing paint and wood work however it didn't seem like it. Given that there were no windows for fresh air was asked to keep the airconditioner on to rid of the smell however didn't subside. Was informed that mm t is assigned only four rooms and as the rest were booked can't assign an alternate room. With request the night manager did assign another room however this too had similar bad smell however less intense (sheet stains and dirty curtains seemed consistent. In either of the rooms tv didn't work as it seemed cable wasn't paid.
