the hotel is good staff behavior cooperative, wifi not at all good. some rooms do have cockroaches. thanks to make my trip for enabling my stay

Room has no open window for outdoor view , reception girl not considered check out time for a single minute more after 11 am .

I must say, they have a good aesthetic room, with a safe environment. Check In was quite smooth, staff were polite.

Not so good experience this time, AC was not working and I complained this issue but no response from hotel management. Need to improve the services

They don’t allow local persons from Jamshedpur which is really very bad for Jamshedpur people I was so selfish when o was booking this hotel worst experience but the receptionist was good

It was really good experience stating at kc manor, the staff are professional at what they do , rooms are spacious.

Complementary food both dinner and BF could have been far diversified with addition of some more options, otherwise the stay was ok

It is very good stay hotel. This location is perfect, the room is spacious and well appointed, and the service is top notch. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This property location is central with all transport nearby, food quality is good. Service provided all the staff are very nice, i always stay in this hotel in my each trip to Jamshedpur since last 7 to 8 years

1. No complimentry breakfast ,it should be by default for corporate client 2. Good property but still not very much clean in bed and pillow cover

Bad unkept rooms. Water logging in washrooms. Almost no options in breakfast. Room service extremely poor. Not worth it. Rooms are smelly , damp and unkept. , poor basic amenities. Taps are old and don’t work. . Overall it was a bad stay.

Property is ok. Old rooms, initial room assigned to us has its AC not working. Replacement room didn't have functional Jet at toilet which was the changed. 2nd lock of the room got problem and it was not opening with a card key and staff has to use actual key. And till checkout it was not solved. Service was very slow. Have to call multiple times to room service/Reception/Housekeeping for the same task or services. Stay could have been more better if service was prompt.

We had a very comfortable stay at KC Manor, Bistupur. The family room was spacious and well-kept, perfect for us with kids. Location is excellent — right in the center of Jamshedpur, close to markets and Durga Puja pandals. Staff was polite and overall it was a great value for money experience. Highly recommended for families visiting Jamshedpur.
