Review Of Hotel KDM Palace

Flush was not woring, room was smelling. Team is supportive but maintenance has to be done regularly

I had booked for two people with my friend, she was working professional despite showing documents they did not allowed us. The manager was very unprofessional. I hook another hotel two room separately. KDM did not returned my money. The manager might have suggested some solution to take one more room. It was very bad experience. I had Mumbai address and she had bhagalpur address.

Not good for stay bed and bathroom are not clean as per the professional services.

Nothing is provided in room they only provide 500 ml water only. When ask for tea bag milk they demand charges

Rooms are old. Food quality is nice. Locationis good. Lift some time not working. Hotel stuff good behaviour and desk managers is very gentle.

Stay duration 13-12-23 service was not good, i have asked for blanket so many times but they did not provide. Room service was not good, there were not responding properly.

Services were not good, the room lock was not working, and the telephone receiver was not working properly at the time. They have to request every time for a complimentary water bottle, and their service person does not keep the necessary items in the room.

The stay was good, room was neat n clean. Also i would like to thank mmt for quick refund. Overall stay was pleasant staff is also cooperative. Thank you
