Imagine the place where you are staying is surrounded by snow clad mountains. Yes, that's the location of this beautiful hotel. The service is fast. Staff is always their to help you and are polite. The food is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Gulmarg.

I traveled with my parents to Gulmarg and stay in this hotel. We booked family room. It was spacious and very clean. Room heater was available. Washroom was well maintained and 24 hours running hot water was available. WiFi connectivity was available from room also. Staffs were very cordial. We liked the food there as well.

One of the best and cheapest hotel in Gulmarg with best location Good accommodation. Good service. Good food service. Best location. No need to go anywhere Just choose khaleeel if you want to visit in Gulmarg.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, whether it is cleanliness, Service or food, Staff, location, one of the best in this location. I would again plan to be here with Family. Good Heating systems, amazing ambience, wonderful views altogether there is nothing which I can complain on.

My room was a corner room on the first floor and had ample of sunshine whole day. The hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The hotel was very well located and very near gondola point. As we went in the winters so there weren't any local markets etc. The view from the hotel was very nice. I could see the entire gondola ropeway and all the snow mountains from the window of my room. The hotel and restaurant facility. Room was very clean and the bed sheets and pillow covers appeared like new every day. The room had excellent the heating systems like massive heater and hot air blower which was functional all the time. The room had hot water kettle and complimentary tea bags. Even there was a heated blanket. They provided warm drinking water at all times. The staff was very good and courteous. The hotel had restaurant which provided tasty hot and fresh food. We had comfortable sleep in the night. Although outside temperature was -16 but inside was so warm that we actually had to switch off heating system. Although we went in off season but the hotel was completely booked, so I will advise that you should book your room in advance. The hotel was safe and would recommend.

Nice service. Pleasant stay with the good service. Quality food with served neat and clean. Experience the quality of stay in Gulmarg in wooden rooms. Quietly pleasant and admired lot. Nearer to all the tourists spots.. They arranged cab also with nominal date and the driver and vehicle is also good.

Awesome Location. A Value for money Hotel. Polite Service & Kashmiriyt Gesture of Hotel staff. A very Hot Temperature maintained inside. + Point walking distance from Gondola Ride, so you save Horse riding money. I recommend this hotel. In A Season this hotel is Capped with Snow !!

Value for money. Rooms are neat and clean. Service was good. Not much options for dinner and breakfast. Was taking lot of time to prepare food. No complaints on the room. It was spacious. It is very much affordable.

I had visited this hotel for relaxation purpose. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel. The garden was not available at the hotel. The service was nice. The staff behaviour was polite. I had booked this room by travel agent. The activity was not arranged by the hotel. The outside view was excellent from the room.

Amazing ambiance. Khaleel Palace is a treat for the travellers. Service is excellent. Walking distance from Gondola and you get the best view from your rooms. Food is amazing and you will love it there. Royal in every aspect, its an awesome place to stay. I would highly recommend to all.

Nice Place to stay, location is very much near to gondola ride, Room heating is also very good, Prompt service / overall everything was fine / pick up facility from the parking / need some improvement on food ( Veg ) and WiFi / WiFi was not working there

I was In Kashmir for 7 days, and the most beautiful part of it is Gulmarg, and staying in Khaleel Palace is as peaceful as staying at home, Overall good food, though a bit costly, one should book the room with food in all part of Kashmir, because the hotel is charging more, Khaleel Palace is best choice in Gulmarg.
