Review Of Hotel Khanna Palace

The stay at hotel khanna palace is remarkable. It is situated near Rishikesh high way and easily reachable to har ki pauri where ganga aarathi will take place, to take bath and ganga devi temple. Very big room, 4 person group can stay with ac and fan,Neat and clean. Hygienic bathroom with hot water. Only drawback is non availability of kettle to have coffee/tea in the room but available in the restaurant in cheaper price. Nice restaurant with quality food in reasonable price. Amble car parking and suitable for group stay. Hotel administration is good and staff are good. Really we enjoyed the stay and trip to haridwar and Rishikesh on the day of Diwali Thanks Annamalai from madurai, Tamilnadu

Old acs in room, unable to maintain the temperature. No toiletries were provided. Staff was not trained, they don't know how to talk with guests. No card swipe machine for the payment.

The place is on the main road but thankfully a little away from the madding crowd. The rooms are quite big and neat and clean. Service was a bit slow but overall a nice experience

We normally stay at either Golden tulip or Godwin. Despite almost equivalent room charges there was not even the tea/coffee maker, no toilet kit, dirty/smelling towels and other necessary needed things for a traveler.

Stay is very good all staff behave so very nice Hotel location is best

Had booked a family package for one night stay for our Haridwar trip. The management provided the best category three bedroom room to its credit, with a reasonably big bed that was comfortable for two adults and a 11 year old child. It had a proper single bed in addition. With our two daughters, 11 and 17 years, our stay was comfortable. Both shift managers are well behaved and so are the staff. We got a good value for money with homely, comfort food and stay. The downside was the lack of maintenance (the bed with worn-out look and one of the tables bore shabby, worn-out look ready for replacement). The passage way get blocked around check-out times, causing inconvenience for the movement of guests. MMT took note of the quality concerns and some concerns about the pricing, which company took note of and raised with the Hotel management though my issues remained partially unresolved due to the constraints of the hotel (they did not have a room better than the one allotted to me, so could not change the room). Overall my family was satisfied with the staying experience here.

Decent hotel to stay and good value for money.

A lot of bugs in the room. They bite my 3 years old daughter everywhere. She had red bite marks around 10 places all over the body. I have complained to hotel staff but they reacted as nothing happened. My daughter might get sick, if it would happen. In the morning we have seen a lot of cockroaches on TV and other tables. Along with that, some fellow tenants were up around 3 AM and they were shouting all over the hotel. They had their train to catch but we could not sleep properly. And hotel staff never act on that.

This is a terrible hotel. Generally I have good experience with MakeMyTrip hotel. They should remove this hotel.

Location is Ok but the food quality and variety is not at all good. Rooms are fine in terms of rate. You feel bit isolated.

Good Value for money. Decent service. Its distance from Har ki Pauri is a bit longer than expected, otherwise good experience.

The hotel is at a reasonable distance from main city. The area is pretty quiet with lot of other equally nice Hotels nearby. The service was good. The room was reasonable. Some improvement in the ambiance would be much better. In this age of communication, TV reception was pretty bad. On the whole, my experience was pretty satisfactory. Would recommend to peers.

Food is tasteless and terrible. Rest is fine.
