Hotel denies room when i reached. Then i made a complaint but no reply. Waited for 2 hours in delhi summer 48 degree outside the hotel. I paid whole amount during booking but still got harassed. After 2 hours when i asked again for room after some arguments then they gave one room where you can't stay after. I stayed there for 3 days. I was leaving my room without locking because there was no lock in the room. Hope nobody will get this much in this hot summer 48 degree. No proper location on map. It's in narrow gali. I can't even find the location of hotel. No sign board. Terrible

No sign board. No contact number.

For late check in, no sign board, no contact number, yesterday even the oi o call centre did not recieved call. I took help of a local gentleman at midnight to find the hotel. Then the hotel told no rooms available. After the intervention of local gentleman he allotted a room. But no service, no basic eminites no water for toilet.

location shown on map is not correct, there is no way to find this property as there is no name board of the property. if you will try to contact property it will connect to oyo helpline. checkin was denied as they mentioned they have not received booking there was no water supply in bathroom in the morning lot of spots on bedsheets and pillow lot of noise from other rooms and locality whole night overall # this stay was a nightmare
