no service no facility durty mud water for shower no one cares to take no drinking water please upgrade service and facility

The room was spacious and the food was tasty. The staff was also polite and helpful. However, there were several issues that need attention. Cockroaches were seen everywhere, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic amenities like towels, soap, and a landline were missing from the room.

My nearest hospital hotel and service are very good most popular place and nearest chowk and market so I choose

I just fell in love with this Hotel,room well decorated & maintained,staffs behaviour awesome,hotel receptionist & manager both well mannered,the gesture of the hotel owner felt me like home away from home,foods are excellent & tasty, decoration of the restaurant beautiful,rooms are having smart TV so not bored,overall really excellent stay!recommending all to have a pleasant 5 star rating stay here!

the deluxe room was good as compared to the price in the area and the overall facilities that were available.

Room is good. But very poor water and breakfast is not available. Attenders disturbed a lot by giving the bill a bit delayed. Overall rating is bad.

Enjoyed the stay, I liked the rooms, good airy ventilation natural light. The washroom was a bit disappointed.

Guy is sleeping when i was checking in after 15 min i got checked in and in morning the same happened for checkout no guys are available in reception, 2. I forget my earbuds in my room and after 15 min i informed also but the guy is so lazy he doesn't visited the room and collected and told me to come. After i reach the guys is again in his room and visited the room which is allocated to me and found maid is cleaning the room as usual she said no earbuds are there
