Review Of HOTEL KINGS PALACE

My stay in hotel kings palace, nawada was the worst ever experience i had ever had. Hotel officials are totally not cooperative and rooms are also not clean, however i did not stay in the hotel. They are totally not cooperative. Refuse to talk, not answering to the call.

The staff did not provide mosquito repellent tv out of use wash room exhaust fan not working room not ready to get in when i checked in at 3 pm very bad experience to justify 2419/

My experience with this hotel was very bad. No parking available, no room services, no stay for driver. They did not even have drinking water. I booked a super deluxe room and costed me around rs 3900 for two rooms. But it did not look like super deluxe. The rooms were very small with indian style toilets. The most annoying thing of all was the behaviour of the staff, very rude. It appeared as if they are doing charity by giving us room. No value for money it’s a waste, will not suggest it to anyone.

shortage of water. terrible experience with this hotel.. staff cooperating but facilities are not easily available 😕
