Hotel was neat and clean it was very hygienic and all the facilities are very good the location was good and easy to find I suggest everyone to visit once and you feel good . It was good and also in the budget

Staff was good in behaviour. Maintained hygiene but pillow cover was not good. Quality of food is good.

Room service is very poor. Hygiene and cleanliness is an issue. Morning bfast starts with after 9am.

Bad service hotel in rudrapu

Room was not clean and very bad service. Location is ok, food is not very good, few items are available, as per menu card. I had taken a room including breakfast, but as i had to catch a flight at 9. 40am, hotel could not provide breakfast, but on request, adjusted the price with food. I, a senior citizen, had to pull the luggage from 3 rd floor ( no lift) as no one was available, in-spite of calling over phone. Very bad service. Did not expect such a hotel from make my trip.

Room service is not good. Providing water 30 minute late after order. Wi - fi not available aal time. I booked ac room but firstly gave me non ac room.
