I stayed at this hotel for three days during my visit to gangtok and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel offers excellent service, with everything being up to the mark except for its location, which is not very convenient. However, the quality of service provided more than makes up for it. In particular, sonu stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, always ready to assist whenever needed. The level of service provided truly reflects the value for the price paid. Overall, i had a comfortable and satisfying stay here.

I recently stayed at sukasa hills hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, this hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Rooms: the rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and immaculately clean. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the landscape, making every morning a delight. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Service: the service at sukasa hills is exemplary. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or assistance at the front desk, every interaction was pleasant and efficient.

Best hotel in gangtok. Rooms decoration is fabulous. The owner of mr. Souvik saha is great & too much helpful person. Their behaviour with guest is very good. They are very helpful. Food is also fabulous. Anybody will not suffer from any kind of disease after taking food, it's gurantee about it.

The food was simply divine, kudos to the talented chef for tantalizing our taste buds with every bite. Special mention to the ever-attentive mr. Sonu and mr. The hotel is a new property. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Howevere the location is little far from mg marg. Service staffs are polite and good. Suman and the other boy was cooperative and helpful.
