Superb hotel to stay, no doubt hotel is in residential area & insight 1 KM from main road of Fateh sagar lake ... But when you enter in hotel you will forgive all, And you will feel like you are entering in luxurious hotel ... Rooms are classy, staff is good, clean rooms, % value of money.

The location is very good to visit all important place in Udaipur. Rooms are cleaned. Staff service is too good and the hotel facilities were also too good. Udaipur is the very good place when you want to have a trip you should go to Udaipur and enjoy here.

According to kinza hotel, is superb hotel in a common man budget. Kinza having good Condition AC room with full space and easy to reach and service is good. Food service is excellent and food is also good.

It's a bit interior from main road, but once you reach there you will love the place the rooms are the best and what ambience once you are inside the hotel. Hussain is a nice man over there helped us a lot. Even we were late on highway check-in at 12: 30 in night and he was awake for us.

It was a trip for relaxation & sight seeing. If you are travelling by your own vehicle then it's great, otherwise there is no other source of transportation. Hotel is fabulous & values your money. Staff members are very good and polite. I think hotel management should think about its maintenance, But overall it was a pleasant stay ... Good Job Team Hotel Kinza ... Good Job Team Make my trip ...

Room interior is very good. But it's out side of city but not bed ... Ultimately require a accommodation so it's a best ... And also a location is very good ... Peacefully ... Hotel facility and service are also good ...

It was nice to be there, the Hotel Kinza is very good and clean hotel, and the rooms are very good and it feels like you are in a five star hotel or a resort, the interior is too good, its value for money.

All things good except location is hard to find and in outskirt. The room has good space specially 102 with good sofa room. The mineral water is not available but you can get RO water. We did not eat dinner so cannot comment on food.

Again make my trip and hotel Kinza rocks. The nice hotel present in the city of lakes. The hotel in best price. The hotel staff was good and all services and facilities was awesome. Its near from Fateh Sagar lake. Hope we meet again hotel Kinza.

I with my 3 family members and 5 kids stayed here and it was really a wonderful experience. Based on my staying experience, I can recommend this hotel to other travellers as well. The room service was also quite nice. The location of the hotel was very beautiful.

Hotel rooms are outstanding, services are very nice, cost of food is affordable and delicious. Location of hotel is little interior of the city. All together it is very very nice and anybody can choose this hotel. I recommend this hotel easily to select.

Good price but poor location

The location of this hotel is in remote area and you will not find out any public transport to go anywhere. You need to walk for around 2. 5 - 3 Km to get the auto/public transport. No view from the roof top restaurant and you can only see the houses and slum area from the roof top restaurant. Breakfast food was average in taste and in Rs. 150/- per person, we got only aaalo parantha, bread toast and tea. Private owner converted his property to a hotel so from outside it looks like a private house but as soon as you walk inside, you will find the interior quite beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very well-maintained. Stairs in the hotel lobby looks like a Bollywood styled and you will feel nice to see the interior of the hotel. Even the inside of the room was well-maintained and rooms itself looks like a big lobby because it was too big in size with nice wooden work.

Very nice property with all amenities but the location is very bad.

Having very specious rooms, clean, good service & tasty food made our stay comfortable. But to reach this hotel is very difficult. Location is completely outskirts of the city & road was completely broken at the time of our travelling. Everything is superb except the location of this hotel.

Good hotel but very bad location and approach, food quality is poor, bathroom and clinging are average, hotel working staff is very friendly and good cervices provider, my total mark of this kinza hotel are 4 star, my next visit in Udaipur I want this hotel.

Hotel room is very good, it's a fantastic realisation of money but it's not suitable for family. It's situated in slum area, restaurants service is average. Food quality not proper and it's veg and non veg restaurants.

I was here for two days. This hotel is good for family not for business propose. This hotel is out of market. If you don't have your personal car then you will be not able to go there and not able to go in market. Rooms were very good. There is enough space. This is like good category on rooms basis. They have to also work on food service.
