Okay for Solo traveller

I booked room despite of bad reviews but I was coming late at 10:30 pm in Mandi and I was not willing to find a hotel at that time so want assurance of Hotel. Further this Hotel was the cheapest option, so I booked the Hotel. Hotel is okay for Solo traveler. I was given with a double bed room. It was Indian toilet but was not in good shape. Bathroom was combined very tight. It has Geyser for hot water. No food is available and you don't have parking space for your vehicle if you are coming with your own vehicle. Hotel is very near from bus stand so good for travelers like me who came by bus.

Poor facilities, like geyser was not working properly, staff behavior was not good.

This is a fraud hotel and I want my money back, we booked the hotel knocked door about 1 hour nobody opens the door hotel was shut, now I don't believe make my trip they are also fraud. Better first see hotel then only book don't believe blindly to make my trip.
