Room is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Otherwise all good. Location is good and staff are decent.

First two hours of chek in no flush water, no kettle in room, dirty room, stinky smell. Totally unprofessional staff.

1. No electricity whole night. 2. Plactic foam 2 inch instead of mattress was on the bed. 3. Wash basin was stuck-ed since yesterday. 4. No towel no soap no shampo provided. 5. Mixer for bathing was broken 6. Toilet flush was not working. 7. Door once i locked was not opening from inside. I was stuck-ed there for 25 mins after 4 am when there was no electricity. Worst hotel i ever stayed.

Which room u book thy don't bother they ll gv u a worst 1 n ask extra to pay to change that room after that also u will get ill bcoz of mosquitos. Totally fraud people
