I got room at for 1 night, purpose was Just to spend night, but the room I got was very dirty. switch boards, tiles of washroom were having dirt spots on them. floor of room was dirty. skirting of floor tiles we like they haven't cleaned since years. corner of room behind door was very dirty. fan was dirty. ir seems like they don't clean room at all. , pics shown on web were only for ref purpose. they nothing to do with actual condition. staff was playing loud Garhwali music late night in corridor. if u r bother of cleanliness, think before booking. if only rates matters, go ahead.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The experience was disappointing from the very beginning. I had booked my room through MakeMyTrip, where the images clearly showed a room with a balcony. However, upon arrival, the hotel denied providing that room and instead gave me a different one. On top of that, I was charged a higher price, only to be given a room in terrible condition. The room was unhygienic, dirty, and had a constant bad odour. The washroom was filthy and not properly maintained. To make matters worse, I found insects inside the room. The environment was extremely uncomfortable, and it felt far from what was promised in the booking. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which added to the frustration. Instead of resolving the issue, they showed no concern for the guest’s comfort. This hotel misrepresented its rooms, overcharged, and failed to provide even the basics of cleanliness and hospitality. I have also attached images as proof of the condition of the room and facilities. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

location is good but room and bathroom was not hygenic and staff was good room

it was a horrible stay. what we saw the pictures is completely different from the actual. room condition was pathetic and they have some other rooms but they are asking for extra money. amenities are not available, not even basic like hand wash, towels, TV, fan.

Poor maintenance and cleanliness around the room and washroom. Small and compact rooms. Nearest to almost every view points.

Average hotel room not clean properly , dirty bedsheets . Basic things not available in room like coffee incriedients, bath soap , slippers etc

The condition of the bathroom and room is very poor and untidy. This hotel doesn't have any space in the rooms either.

Food is good but the room is average, the fan is not running properly,the fridge also not running and the bedsheets are dirty.

bathroom is in bad condition. Everywhere urine strains are there I booked with breakfast but breakfast is not available ac not working staff is so rude please make full refund of my payment

awsm room on affordable price cleaning good but need to focus on food quality and quantity........mm

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit krishiv once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.Nice location for peace n rest near by mansoori,, Good management and food services too

Great stay, co-operative staff. We stayed 2 days. Mall Road is within 1 KM of distance and other tourist attractions like Georgia Everest, company garden, clouds end is also near.
