    Terrible Stay

    I couldn't find the hotel in morning 4:45 am and I followed gps provided by you but couldn't find the hotel I called no. provided but after calling 7 times they did not answered by call then I called customer service and customer service associate called hotel and they did not answer d. so I want my refund as soon as possible. and I payed different hotel double the amount due to this issue. kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
