Bad facilities

Room was small and dirty. bathroom was not cleaned since last use. there was hair in the bathroom sink. bed covers, toilet, pillow covers were dirty. also for some reason all switches (buttons) were oily and sticky. plus there was a light that did not have an off switch so sleeping at night was difficult. do not stay unless you have to.

Stayed at this hotel only because no other options were available. Staffs were not professional , rooms were not clean. Won’t recommend to anyone.

There was no arrangement for food, even after we paid for breakfast, we didn't get it. People reported they had bad stomach after having meals near by

Very poor hospitality

Very bad; even though i reserved a premium room, i was given a basic room instead. On the second day, they gave me the room i had reserved, but it was filthy, the cleaning was not done correctly, and i discovered food under the table.

Overall stay was good. Only issue was with bathroom. Bathroom had a hole for the exhaust fan. But exhaust was not fitted and it wasn't good thing privacy point of view. Also wash basin tap was leaking.

The room and service was good. However the issue is the property doesnt have a kitchen and hence should not accept breakfast as part of booking. Coz the breakfast is provided only after around 09:00am which tends to be a little late for travelers. Else the room and convenience of the property is really good.

familyI booked a king size bed but they offered me queen size bed. They told there are no king size beds. I was travel-ling with a baby and asked them to provide a kettle but the kettle they gave was extremely dirty.

familyTea was served in dirty pots, old broken cups. We then avoided any food in the hotel. Breakfast was complimentary but we didn't have any as they don't make food inhouse and bring from outside the cost of the room for such poor quality was too high and should refund some for staying at such a location. Overall the room was dusty as the hotel is being renovated. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

New property with poor service and infrastructure

soloIt was a new but only enlisted property with absolutely no proper infrastructure. Staff are local fellow with no dress code and hospitality background. I was sleeping in one room and asked to use other room's toiletbor common toilet. Location is ok
