Review Of Hotel Kwality

The property provided semi deluxe room, which never even can be comparable with standard room. Too poor quality of the room

Kwality hotel services was good. But i would like to share a few things here that the interior of the room was ok ok. I booked 1 room for 3 people, but there was only one double bed. After completing this, the manager adjusted things. Otherwise everything was good.

It's very easy to find very good staff and room service i always book this hotel kwality in business visit and if i visit e new delhi with my family i like to stay in hotel kwality in new delhi

Room condition was worst, bed sheets were at very bad condition, they were smelling like anything drinking water service was not there. Over all I wasn't satisfied with this.

Very ugly and nettles toilet. Bath room door damaged. A/c not working properly. Room is not spacious. Not worth for the money spent.

The tv was not working in the room, the bathroom was also dirty, even shampoo was not available for bath, the room was not given after reaching some time ago and there is no laundry.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen and rooms are dirty. Could also be quite tricky in locating the hotel at first. The staff is well mannered

Terrible, dirty, rude staff

I booked through make my trip but found very terrible experience. Room and toilet are dirty. No cleaning staff. Manager behaviour was very rough. We never asked water bottle from staff but they included in my bill without listening anything. My suggestion to people pl. First visit then book the rooms.

Maintenance was not good. This is the worst hotel i have stayed in till now. The area was not quiet.

I had a terrible experience in this place. A nightmare to say the least. This place is not suitable for a family stay, and can be difficult for solo travellers.

Positives: at first, we felt the hotel was good. There is hot water 24x7. They also provide hot water for drinking. Negatives: then as soon my booking was over, the manager called my mother and mentioned that the price has increased to 3000 rupees per night. My mother couldn't understand hindi. He insisted alot to pay on first extra day itself. You pay 5000 and stay for 2 nights or you can go. So we stayed there for 2 more days and paid 5000. I booked another hotel nearby for just 1000 rupees per day. And while checking out, the kwality manager says, the hotel prices came down again to 1000. You can stay. First time in delhi, first hotel we stayed in delhi, gave this terrible impression.
