Away from city. Lazy unfriendly staff. Food not tasty. Poor hospitality. Must improve in all aspects. Wrongly booked for a city ride at outskirts.

Stay was nice. The staff is decent and well mannered. Food quality is good. Amenities are fantastic. Overall a nice place to stay.

Property location is out of city, not for family stay and ahmedabad city tour. Too much pollution due to industrial area

I have booked the deluxe room but when i reached the location, there staff doesn't know about the our booking. And they had given a very simple room and there was not any necessary items. And the room has very bad small. I told them i want the room which one i booked, but denied and tried to convince me, that this you have booked. The food was not good.

Visited transformers and rectifiers which is just a kilometre away, so location was convenient. The rooms are spacious and water was piping hot which is a big plus. They also offer free drop within 2 kms of the hotel which is also a big plus. However there were roaches in the room which was a big put off. The food was also very average, even breakfast was not that great. Would recommend only if someone is visiting transformers and rectifiers.

Firstly, the hotel is not in ahmedabad. It’s in some other city. 45 minutes from airport. The roads get lonely beyond ahmedabad limits. Also, the hotel infra is good, but it smelt of rotten onions everywhere. The staff is creepy. They keep staring at you and have not cleaned their clothes, so they invade your privacy when they enter your room for room service and leave it with an unpleasant stink. Rest, amenities are good, the food was good, and everything worked. The staff was quick and prompt in serving us, so apart from the creepiness, 4. 5/5 on hospitality. I am a girl writing this review, so maybe the creepiness won’t bother you if you’re a boy.

Great service, good rooms for the price. Although location is far from main city, the service was excellent and overall it was a very pleasant experience

The stay was good, good attitude and dealings of staff especially in resturant. Good food, but the morning buffet options are very less.

All staff have nice gesture and friendly helpfull all staff as well as restaurant waiter reception and housekeeping are good behaviour towards customers i'll recommend you can definitely visit this hotel at once

I visited here for my business trip. The hotel is amazing. Spacious rooms, hygiene and amenities are top class. I liked the food taste. I surprised that such hotel is available at this location in this price.

I would like to start from good about hotel, Hotel staff were very good and professional, food was awesome and speed of the room service was very good, location is nice, easily reachable, on highway itself. Now the bad things, the rooms were smelly (we booked 2 rooms), basic things which we expect from a 3 star is slipper which was not there, in one of the washroom the tap in the basin was not working (we didn’t report this at hotel because we were too tired to ask for any such help, I’m sure they would have resolved it if we’d ask for). Thank you 😊

Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. There is no central cooling, but air conditioners are there. Breakfast was included in room booking but there were very limited options available to chose from. Overall good stay.
