The hotel is at a height so you need to walk a slope to reach the hotel. The staff didn't knew about my booking. Initially it was a chaos because of that. They need to educate their staff more. They do provide food. The room was very good, 5-stars for it. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything is good about this place, except the hotel is perched on a slope. You have to walk up around 150 meters on a slope.

There is little 5 min walk on uphill from bus stand tall ital. If one can walk this place is good for stay because you are at mall road on tall ital side and you can hire rickshaw if desired or simply can walk om mall road. Lake facing rooms are good. Staff is cooperative while stay. Overall stay is good.

Positives 1. Nearby to mall road. Had to make a 300 mtr climb to reach. But hotel arranged for luggage pickup/drop from tallital taxi stand. 2. Food was great and service was quick. 3. They arranged to accommodate for extra guest on paying some extra amount. Negatives 1. Had to change allotted room due to fungus infestation. But they could only arrange for a smaller room with no windows. 2. The newly allotted room was not fit for accommodation, it should definitely go for renovation(room 203. Lamp fixtures are turned out with electric wires hanging out. Apart from 1, all other electric sockets/charging points are broken. Geaser is very unreliable, light indicators will be on but will not heat water everytime. 3. Most disappointing part was the bed and mattress. It was good for nothing, it's so old and used up, you could feel the bottom wood when sitting on the mattress. 4. Room had dust all over, was not cleaned properly before allotment.

Hotel is situated at hight so you need to walk on very steep path. Food is very good, service is also good.

Maintenance is not up to date - our bathroom door was not locking, and no proper dining room. Other room amenities like mattress and sofa bed are comfortable. Location is the main drawback as there is a steep climb and not advisable for elderly people not used to it. Hotel staff was courteous, though.

The hotel is located right above the toll stand in nainital, infront of naini lake. There's a good climb to reach the hotel. The rooms are spacious, but requires a lot of hygiene maintenance. The food is delicious, and the staff is very polite & cooperative.

A steep walk near the rickshaw stand on mall road is the hotel located so you have to walk for a while. The staff was good natured and helpful but the room service was not up to the mark. We got the lake facing room and was kept clean as in the pictures. It is a good budget hotel for family or couple's. The furniture and WC was maintained good. TIP: Check in early for the lake facing room.
