The property is centrally located to all the sites that a tourist needs to visit. the breakfast is a very good and freshly prepared. the hospitality of the staff is of a very high standard

The reception staff did not have good behaviour and the room was not cleaning properly. and only given extra matters not provided bed.

Excellent service with convenient pickup and drop facility. The food quality is outstanding. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Landmark Hotel in Gwalior, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, I encountered a receptionist who was not only unfriendly but also unprofessional. The lack of warmth and welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay. The food at the hotel was another major letdown. The taste was subpar, and the options were limited. The breakfast spread was particularly unimpressive, with hardly any variety to speak of. Overall, my stay at the Landmark Hotel was a disappointment. The combination of poor service, bad food, and limited options makes it a hotel I would not recommend to anyone.

Location is near to railway station. Food is excellent. Amenties and service is good. Will stay next time also in same hotel

Poor food,bad hygiene,no lift,very-very small washroom,filthy environment specially in dining area ,poor airconditioning overall nor worth such a big payment.

AC was not working, the room was filled with cigarette smell including upholstery ... There were mosquitoes and the plumbingbwork in bathroom was not up to mark. Also there was some interior work going on which was making noise

it's a basically ac motel old furniture room will be feel like staying in old home overpriced and staff is arrogant l. after 10 am they will charge half day

Staff behaviour not good and services was pathetic once payment done takes no responsibility even if you are stranded

(1)the building structure is very old so everything was torn or dirty (2) the whole washroom floor was filled with water after the bath including the toilet and wash basin area. (3) bathroom walls and dividing glass were dirty and looked like they were not cleaned for so many months. (4)the door was very old fashioned and created noise. (5) overall the hotel was very old fashioned and not worth it as compared to charges.
