Perfect stay Staff was polite and Corporative Rate was little hight rest every Thing is ok

Rooms not clean insects and ants was their need to proper cleaning food taste is ok not as per standard

Its location is good near by railway station and bus stand. Good and helping staff. Overall its a pleasant stay here.

It was terrible

Worst service in hotel staff last 2 months 1st - no telephone extension working 2nd - no availability in shop, toilet paper 3rd - i ordered breakfast but it did not arrive for 1 hour. I said, if you don't have a shop you can take money from me. I visit twice a month. I have been staying here for 2 years. I have never received such worst service. This is my last stay in this hotel.

Food is not good. Overall avg compare to price service could be better, i hope they will take care next time

The service is bad. I do not like attitude of the staff. I asked for water many times and they do not listen. During the parties in the hall below their room services worsens.

Washroom was not clean. Soap liquid of poor quality. You will not get tea even after 7:30 am.

thw hotel is very near the station,walkable. the staff was very helpful and food was good too. worth the money

My experience is terrible room not cleaned properly dirty washroom ac no working properly staff is good but service is poor much expensive as compared to the quality of food rate of room is high but actually cost should be between 500 to 600

Not so good ambience, room was not proper clear, no complementary water bottles were provided. Not soap for bath even provided. I paid for executive room but room was provide to it was normal. No tea coffee bags were in the rooms.

Location is good. Service average. Owner of the property is good, his personal interventions are required in every areas of service. Behavior of staff and quality of food is good.

I found this hotel through mm t food was nice but in amenities bathroom flush was not working then shifted to another room, their in peak winter season jan month hot water was not available then taken bath in another room room service was good it was not expected to me in this price
