I had to stay with my 2 year old all day as my better half had some official work in mumbai. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was well maintained as well. Only downside was that there was no lift and you had to use the stairs.

This Hotel is near to VT (CST) Station and is in South Mumbai and all tourist spots are nearby. Additionally, staff is helpful and very hospitable, services are good, food is good and cleanliness is taken good care of.

I was given an upgrade to deluxe room. It was really big complete with a sofa, air purifier. Decent toiletries provided, swift service. Breakfast could have more variety. But considering the location and proximity to all major tourist attractions, it is a good Hotel to stay in.

To start with, the hotel was close to Cst railway station, 5 mins walking distance. The room was spacious enough, clean and smelled nice. Couple friendly, well furnished, staff were friendly, hassle free stay. Food was bit costly, tasted fine, quality was good. So overall, the hotel was excellent and obviously going to stay again!
