cleaness and services are very bad.Blankts(Rajai) is very dirty and looks fungs Bathroom is not cleaned.Water is not available when I checked in.I informed customer care as well.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed are comfortable and staffs are courteous and food is good and easy to locate. K2 view was awesome. Had a great stay.

The hotel is in middle of city, food in restaurant is good, the complimentary breakfast was not at all good with veryyy limited choices - no buffet breakfast due to non occupancy in d hotel, town view from the rooms, better to keep curtains closed !

Stay and room was good. Manager was good i booked a taxi for my sikkim tour from trust the locals travels their service were good.

Excellent service. Great food. Booked for the wrong date. As the booking was non refundable, logged complaint, and hotel changed/ shifted the day of booking within minutes.

No safety & hygiene measures in the hotel. Most of the time staffs were without mask also.

Everything fine, only problem is this hotel, is not at all popular which causes native people can't say the actual address. The actual location as shown in map is not upto the mark. I harassed a bit to find out the hotel.

Food and beverages option was low. The Hotel was awesome just need to improve food and beverages issue.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is quite central and the tariff is pocket friendly.
