My recent experience at Hotel Lavanya Heritage was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I spent approximately 5 hours there, and it was a complete waste of time and money due to the appalling hygiene standards. The room was disgustingly unclean. There was visible dust on the furnishings, and the bed sheets were clearly not fresh. The towel provided looked heavily used and unhygienic. However, the absolute worst part was the severe presence of bed bugs. They were everywhere in the bed, making it impossible to sleep. We spent the entire night suffering from this infestation, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one calling itself "Heritage." The combination of uncleanliness and a pervasive bed bug infestation made our stay a nightmare. I strongly urge anyone considering booking here to AVOID this property. Management needs to immediately address these serious hygiene and pest control issues. Rating: 1/5 Stars (If I could give 0, I would)

Room were ok,towels were not so clean as required,drainage system of bathroom was very poor after taking bath you have to stand in water and aboveall room service was very poor I have to move mostly to the reception for my complaint, no answers to phone calls

didn't liked the hotels rooms they were sooooo bad the beds the walls and even the lights are defective staff also and all i will never go baack to this hotel after soo much planning the staff didnt. helped me i booked it for the Birthday of my fiancee and its alll terrible experience....!!!

We reached early , to our surprise the hotel took extra charge and provide us a different category room which was small, shabby and the air conditioner was not working properly. We placed order for breakfast and that was also delivered after around 50 minutes that’s to after repeated calls. Staff behaviour is not good. Although the room which was provided later was good.

The hotel beautifully captures Jaipur’s heritage with clean, comfortable rooms and a warm ambiance. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service from Mr. Golu, the hotel manager/coordinator. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured all our needs were met promptly, making us feel truly welcome. The location is convenient for exploring the city’s attractions. Overall, the combination of great hospitality and a charming setting made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Lavanya Heritage and hope to return soon!

Had a great stay! The food was delicious with a variety of tasty options. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The toilet was spotless and hygienic—everything felt clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

The rooms are tiny and cramped, a bit exhausting, and the service is pretty slow, but the staff are really helpful. I stay in deluxe AC room, no fan in room.
