Hotel Laxmi Residency

I visited this Hotel Laxmi Residency with my wife and stayed for 2 nights, trust me the Hotel Laxmi Residency is totally hygienic and you will get piece for mind here. Specially the balcony room. Some things were not good like telephone was not working and wifi also was not working on the weekends. But rest of all the Hotel Laxmi Residency is very nice, you can order food from swiggy or the restaurant also serves good food and yes there is many restaurants near by Hotel Laxmi Residency.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Everything was good, the balcony the bed, the washroom but only thing which had me taken aback was the ac remote which could not used for increasing temperature so whole night i was stuck in extremely cold room. Also tried calling room service didn't work. Next time, whoever goes kindly check if the ac remote is working. If not get it replaced on time so that u won't have to discover this blunder at the middle of the night.

We three people family stayed three days in early march 2023 the rooms are very good maintained well cleaned bathrooms. We booked room with breakfast. They served tasty breakfast with no limit. Service also very good. They provided electric kettle and limitless tea coffee with milk power free of cost. From balcony we can get good view of greenary. Staff also very good decent manners. Locations also very good. Value for money.

Everything is good except mattress and pillow covers are very dirty like nothing is wash after one can used. When asked to manager he said that covers looks same as after wash. I am not happy with that answer. Again there are not enough mobile charging point plus somes are not working properly. Otherwise this property I recommend to visit. It is nearby Lonavala ST Stand.

Pros: 1) good room aminities. Kettel with tea bags, milk powder, coffee and sugar 2) nice clean balcony with 2 chairs. 3) polite staff 4) good 6lt water heater in washroom 5) main usp is the pool, very clean pool cons: limited cable channels weak wifi food little expensive surender at the reception is very good polite and helpful he is an asset to this property

After some initial friction in room allotment, we found the host to be generous and offered good services and gave us an upgrade to switch to a better view room. All over satisfied with services. Just a small safety concern with gas geysers installed in some rooms. Rest all services and food are good. Recommended.

Premises are well maintained. Staff is up to the mark and cooperative. Sheets and blankets were not washed. They had stains and hairs on them assuming of previous party. Otherwise it was great experience.

Location of the Hotel Laxmi Residency is quite good, behaviour of staff was good, rooms were well furnished and maintenance was good, maintain good clearness
