They don’t care about guest
They don’t care about guest, we have waited more than 2 hours to ch-in. We went there with a small baby. They should give us room on priority but they didn’t. We have told them to give us room ASAP. If you don’t have rooms ready at least you should upgrade our room as a courtesy. But nothing was done.

Need to improve the facilities
Room was best but AC is not good, TV was not working, bathroom facilities is not good, services is not good. Phone facilities is not good but location is too good. Overall hotel is good but not best.

The rooms are very good
The rooms are very good but the things are there not good for example LCD, AC, bathroom accessories, bed sheets, room service. I wait there for half an hour for the rooms in fact I change the room 4 times
