I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location was convenient, and the amenities were excellent. Overall, a perfect experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Stay was good. Bathroom had good size bathtub but there was leakage from wash basin. Few mosquitos in the room. Overall okayish stay.

It's a terrible property with stink all around, stained pots with broken taps, noises of doors being banged can be heard in your closed room throughout the night, terrible room service, it's an unhygienic place and really wonder, if you wanna spoil your trip and stay, book this property and the best thing is when you complain to staff of dirty linen and poor air conditioning , they express their helplessness. Highly disappointed

Staff was helpful and humble. Room was ok but bed was uncomfortable. There were minor electricity issues.

The location is good but the hotel maintenance is very very bad, a lot of cockroaches on the bed and in the bathroom . Night mosquitos and my room having 02 Ac {central and split} both are not working. The hotel guy killed my sleeping time to rectify this issue. Breakfast is supplied to room quality is good but not many items only 02 options and they charged water bottle cost for this breakfast. 02nd day night full Music noise ...pl remove this hotel from your MakeMyTrip listing they spoiled your name.

rooms were too small no window there was some problem with the AC also Breakfast was pathetic and no service at all

The service was extremely poor, and there were no welcome drinks or housekeeping. Insects were visible on the floor and in the restrooms. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning, creating an unpleasant ambiance. This stay was exceptionally disappointing and I would not recommend it to others.

Stayed only for one night on transit to Dehradun. Rooms were clean, staffs are very good and food is also good. Special mention about the security guard who is very sincere and caring too.

Pathetic experience , Cockroaches in electric cattle, old and dirty washrooms. From outside hotel looks like some fascinating but reality is parhetic.

Yesterday we stayed there, we also faced the same issue as people are sharing in past reviews. Rooms was very small & dirty, rude behaviour by the staff and meal what we ordered got different. Such a bad & horrible experience we had here. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Worst experience.

worse rooms and services. not recommended at all. there was no electricity no buffet and ac was not working. I had to change the room twice and no support from mmt and hotel

this is the worst stay ever i had in my life. even Oyo hotel costing 1000 bucks are more clean and hygiene than this. room size is so small with room there will be hundred of cockroaches are there. food is over priced 2 veg sandwich and tea will cost you over 500 . please do not book this hotel ever.

Bathroom condition is so poor, taps hanging, bathroom glasses broken, stinky rooms, congested rooms. Basic toiletries also not provided.

Good lights, exterior and lobby. The name of the hotel is good, nothing le and nothing castle about it, poorly maintained property on a busy highway, dirty broken washroom, rooms without proper ac, ventilation, no sunlight breakfast made me sick, heights of cheapness.
