Room was nice.hotel staff is not so professional. further Breakfast was included in my the morning I enquired about breakfast timings,they told me that my package doesn't include Breakfast.then I whatsapp My booking order and then they accepted. After that I aksed them by which time I can get Breakfast.they asked my choice so I told them to give at 9am.they informed me that it may delay 15minutes so I said ok।after 920am I confirmed BF status then a new person picked reception who told me that you had asked to give at 10am . I said your person has manupulated by his own where as I had clearly mentioned my timings.since I have to meet someone so i checked out without Breakfast.

Poor Stay
There was no kitchen facility available. When I ordered something to eat, the receptionist said you can order through food delivery service. Location is good and easy to find.

Perfect for couples
The property is awesome and the staff is also very cooperative. Rooms are very neat & clean, everything was settled at it's dedicated place in room.

Poor Stay
Not a good hotel, very very slow services, for everything you have to remind them at-least three times.

Terrible Stay
I had a worse experience with this hotel. Electricity was not there during my stay. No sleeper, no tooth kit was there, I had to check out yesterday from there

Worst place to stay
businessVery poor services and also complimentary breakfast was not good i have stayed for 3 days but the food quality was zero and water logging in always in washrooms and whole day and night too much mosquitoes in the rooms and behaviour of the staff was also not good. Average Stay
Decent room (small) and a nice bathroom, comfortable stay overall. Some light switches didn't work, and the corridor outside was very noisy (elevator sounds as well as staff fighting with each other. Breakfast is brought in from outside only at 0900, and choices are limited, but the food was decent. For lunch and dinner, there's a restaurant next door that delivers good food straight to the room.

Comfortable stay
Really we had a good and comfortable stay in this hotel. Please provide breakfast a bit early so that customers don't miss it if they want to go out for their work.

Excellent Stay
Stay was very comfortable and sheet and everything was clean. Staffs were good but need to improve breakfast, as it was not upto mark. Overall good stay and enjoyed.

Breakfast
I personally do not recommend anyone to go with the breakfast deal. I have not taken my complimentary breakfast at the morning hotel le cypress but i have taken 3 tea for only 3 persons ( 1 cup of tea for each person ) hotel staff pressured to me pay the tea bill and i paid there my tea bill although every hotel serves a complimentary breakfast with tea or coffee.
