Hotel are places with lots of building where people live by rent.There are many room in the hotel in which many people in the stay together.The hotel has ninds all facilities.The hotel rooms have all facilities like food,room services,Tv ,telephone apart this.

I traveled to Shimla last weekend, i had never stayed at this hotel before and have never heard of it too. But i booked it last minute. The Manager Mr Hemraj is a very professional and helpful person. He responded to my emails timely and helped us out. The hotel was good and clean, food excellent and the staff very courteous. Food was delivered within 15 minutes in our room. They arranged a cab for us as well to travel within Shimla. I definitely recommend staying here. And I will stay here again during my future trips.

It was nice stay. Location is good. Rooms was not so spacious but overall hygiene and facilities was up to the mark. We were not provided with too much breakfast options but any how in such a low price the hotel staff has provided us a good food and ample parking space.

Rooms & toilets were not at all up to the mark. Room was so small & smelly. No personal parking space of Hotel. Food quality was not so good. Staff was cooperative. Not at all value for money. Not recommended to anyone.

Non co-operative staff

The staff of the hotel was very not co-operative. I reached early and instead of accommodating they asked me to keep on waiting with no welcome drink which was mentioned there.

Total disrespect of humanity there, no one listening there, spiders and other insects everywhere, no phone extension working on the fifth floor, no cooperation from make. My trip also when asked for the help and forcefully required to be checked out in absence of. Any support outside our home town.

Before booking I checked their website, but in reality the hotel was nowhere like the photographs. Rooms were stinky and damp, bed sheets and towels were awful and for a room heater they charged 250/- extra per day.
