Need improvement, not happy😞.
Need to improve on the cleaning part, we had a 2 day stay, after 1st day stay when we were going out, we told at the reception to clean the room before we come back. Nothing was done, we complained they just changed the bedsheets. so kindly request if you need more customer make a practice to clean the room everyday, replace the cup, tea, and one more thing please add toothbrush and toothpaste in the toiletries.

Average Stay
Booked the hotel seeing good Google reviews. The room though clean lacked many amenities. Only one towel provided for a couple and did not look very clean. No toilet rolls, just as a small piece of soap and nothing more. Breakfast spread also average.

Good Stay
I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a complete lack of cleanliness — the room was dirty, the bathroom had stains, and the bed sheets looked unchanged. It felt extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay even for a night. On top of that, I felt completely cheated. The pictures and description online were totally misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. What was promised and what was provided were worlds apart. For the price charged, this was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to book this place if they value cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality.

The overall stay was comfortable, but there are several areas where the hotel needs improvement: Positives: • The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable for a short stay. • Basic facilities were provided, and the check-in process was smooth. Areas for Improvement: • Location: The hotel is situated inside a narrow area, which makes accessibility a bit inconvenient. • Amenities: Limited amenities are provided. Only breakfast is available at the hotel; for lunch and dinner, guests need to step out, which can be difficult if you don’t want to travel much. • Late Checkout Charges: I requested a 2-hour extension during checkout, but they charged ₹200 per hour. Despite staying for two days and checking in late at 12 midnight on the first day, there was no consideration or flexibility, which was disappointing. • Service: There was no staff assistance for luggage handling, which can be uncomfortable for guests, especially families or elderly travelers. Overall Experience: The hotel is okay for a basic short stay, but customer service, flexibility, and amenities can be improved to make the stay more comfortable and guest-friendly.

The resort offers stunning views of a swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor games, children play area, cricket and badminton are well maintained and very helpful staff. Food service is Good. Best for relaxing and enjoying with family.

Staff needs to be polite with the customer and if you are looking for an early check in and early check out. Do not opt for this property. Staff can be rude at times. Totally average place with respect to stay and experience. Do i recommend others? Probably 'no' you can find better properties with the same price range.
