Location is excellent, the team of 4 boys is also great, food was very tasty the only drawbacks were they dnt have staff the person who cleans toilet, who does sweeping,mopping etc cooks food also and serves food. 2nd the lift is too small only 3 people can stand, that too if they are average build. Fat body only 2 people can accommodate. 3rd they have not subscribed for any channels on tv except few news channels. 4th they have no buffet sysem of breakfast and they don't have many options. Only paratha, sandwiches available . If they can work on these points then its the best hotel in pushkar .

Poor Stay
room is not at per as per booking pics provided by makemytrip .It is too small and placing a small chair is roughest task...They did not provide additional mattress also as it could not be placed ...

Best experience room was upto expectations amenities was good only concern was restaurant you have to wait longer for everything you order even some tea their food is good and staff is very helpful and polite but they are understaffed

Horrible experience at Leela Vilas, Pushka
Location of the Hotel was not good. Food was average. Jet spray in toilet was damaged. At the time of booking , it was assured that advance check in will be allowed. But when contacted the Hotel Leela Vilas, the owner misbehaved over phone and told that they are not responsible for T&C . It is not the responsibility of the Hotel Further he has no time to waste talking to guests.

Unfortunately, our hotel was fully occupied the previous night, making it impossible to accommodate your request. As clearly stated in Goibibo’s policy, early check-in is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Despite of this you chose to misinterpret the circumstances and misbehaved with our front desk team upon departure. Very good stay at hotel leela vass, pushkar.
Very good hotel staff. Neat and clean rooms available. Flexible timings for check in and check out. Food was also awesome and finger looks good. Best amenities provided by hotel. One of the finest stay in pushkar, will suggest everyone visiting there.

Room size was above average. Water flow in bathroom little slow. Food specially morning breakfast was excellent. Staff need to be more professional. No staff was available at checkout time. Luggages was borne by ourselves. Over all good stay very good meal average staff behaviour

Location was on the road. But not near to sightseeing places. Service was not so good as we stayed for 3 nights but no one came to at least clean the room or change bed sheets. Food (bf) never book along with room as there were no buffet layout for us. Bcz no quests were there. We had to ordered our bf in their resturant. Which they prepared and served us in 15 mins.
