stayed in the hotel ,..courteous and helpful staff.nice ambience.tasty food with rooftop restaurant with city view mountain view also from rooftop restaurant area.overall wonderful stay. kathgodam रेलवे स्टेशन front off the hotel. nainital bhimtal road front off this hotel. this place is up to the mark. 5/5ideally located in the heart of city on the nainital road.close by walkway shopping mall as well as movie theatre provides ample recreational opportunities to the tourists as well as business travellers.the hotel is located in prime location. we visited kainchi dham & nainital and the hotel is suitable for its easy accessibility to nearest railway station kathgodam. the staff is very cordial and cooperative. best part is the delicious food they serve in the restaurant. mr ravi kothari, food and beverage manager is excellent in his services.

The hotel was decent, the rooms were clean but the only problem we faced was the attitude of the staff. they were rude and as our stay was random so we forgot to carry our charges. I asked the reception guy if you can just spare the charger for five minutes otherwise my phone will get switched off he straight away denied on my face. due to which I faced several problems as my phone was not working highly disappointed with the staff

Minimum requirements like,Hot water, mat outside Toilet not provided. Breakfast not good.

As they are charging high prices and The management and the facilities on this hotel is not good and are not meeting the price they asking ...Rooms are not good & Management is poor I won't recommend this hotel ! I visited this hotel recently and didn't like the services

बाथरूम में गर्म पानी की व्यवस्था नहीं थी मेरे द्वारा स्टाफ से कहा गया लेकिन उनके द्वारा इस तरफ कोई प्रयास नहीं किया गया साथ ही मैंने कहा कि अगर सप्लाई में कोई प्रॉब्लम है तो आधी बाल्टी गर्म पानी ही मुझे दे दिया जाए लेकिन स्टाफ द्वारा वह भी उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है रिसेप्शन पर जो बैठी थी उनका व्यवहार भी अच्छा नहीं था साथ ही होटल स्टाफ है प्रोफेशनलिज्म की कमी देखी गई बड़े खेद के साथ मुझे यह सूचित करना पड़ रहा है। रेस्टोरेंट का स्टाफ काफी सपोर्टिव रहा उन्होंने भी दुख व्यक्त किया कि ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए
