property location is near boat house,hot water was not provided due to current tripoff, breakfast was not sufficient for 10 th person itself,finally only dosas were provided,no tea,no intercom,towels& drinking water was given on request,no place for driver to sleep,it was raining heavily &he slept in car,small dining area,not worth for 5000Rs per day

Location: Located at a walkable distance from Lake. Close to Anna park. Has eateries nearby. Almost equidistant from Pagoda point, Lady's seat, botanical/rose garden, kiliyur falls. So, central to most spots. Food: Complimentary breakfast. Fixed menu of idli, pongal, dosa. Quality is like that of home made food. You may have to wait for few minutes if you are not early for breakfast as they couldn't keep up with the guests count. Food didn't cause health issues (very important when traveling). Facilities: Fairly well maintained. Limited dedicated parking space. You can still park on the roadside. No lift probably because there is just one floor. So, those who cannot climb stairs need to make arrangements. Wifi is patchy. Generator backup is good enough for essentials. You may have to wait for the geyser to work if there is no power. Furnishing and toiletries were of standard quality. Relatively well maintained toilet and bathroom. Geyser and electric kettle were most useful. No mosquito nets provided for the windows. So, if you want to have a good view, you may be letting in some big mosquitoes as the area behind the hotel has has dense trees and shrubs. With taxes and MMT discount, the effective cost came to little more than Rs. 5k/day. Slightly on the higher side in my opinion. Location is the biggest advantage. Btw, Mr. kangaraj at the reception made up for any shortcomings by his polite and helpful nature.

food was ok but not properly organized , we need to go here and there hotel booking price is bit

Sevice was very poor. Tv was not working. First night there was no electricity from 12 night onwards. Breakfast was just ok. Manager was not seen in two days. Backup facilities were bad. Only an office was trying to help us to the maximum. I will not recommend anybody to stay in that hotel

1. Reaching property without own vechicle is difficult, especially after 6. 00 pm due to dark roads. 2. Food is average or manageable. 3. No necessary fittings in bathroom, including towel rod. Most of fittings removed, no tissue roll, dispenser, magnification glass. 4. Can't expect hygiene towels, bedspread, most of things partially soiled, strains remain. 5. Prior intimation required for dinner at-least few hours. 6. King size bed room with ac provided, but asked to not operate ac. Felt little uncomfortable due to closed windows and absence of ventilation. Windows can't be opened due to mosquito or insect. Stay dogs issue while trying to walk to lake. For group walking it may be okay. Good thing are staffs are courtesies, surrounded by good number trees. Need to improve on cleanliness, necessary provisions of fittings in bathroom.

The place is nicely done up with a nice balcony and roomy terrace. Above all, the the gm mr. Kanakaraj and his staff are extremely polite, professional and friendly.

Room was excellent and clean. Food quantity and quality was good. Service provided by them was gentle and acceptable

It is a good hotel. The manager is very helpful. Price is also ok compared to other hotels. Room and bathroom was clean.

The property is located in a great location. Not very far from yercaud lake and can be found easily. The sorrounding is peaceful and always echoed with birds chirping. The hotel breakfast service is good. One get good and authentic quality idlis, dosa, pongal rice and tea/coffee. Not many options but taste is good. But the room service need improvement. There are bugs in room and bathroom. You even find earthworm and leeches. The staffs are really good and helpful in everything. Overall stay is average.

The rooms are good and safe to stay with family

Stay was pleasant. Good hospitality. Food was ok ok. Overall the stay was peaceful.

Lemon stay is a very small hotel but well managed. The staff is friendly. The manager, mr kanakaraj, has a cheerful disposition and is very accommodating. If the rooms are vacant, he doesn't mind permitting the guests check in before time. The room service is prompt and the service personnel are very polite. The rooms are reasonably clean. The restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable rates. The hotel is located at a walkable distance from the lake. All in all it is value for the money. There are some minor irritants. The staircase is steep and the senior citizens might find it tough to negotiate. The lock is not properly maintained and takes some effort to tackle. Those who wish to avail the local transport to go around or to drop down to salem, the manager has some good contacts. We used one such a service offered by a local person called prabhu. He is very polite and helpful.

Had a great stay. Friendly and helping staffs. Rooms are clear and hygiene. Worth the money for stay. Cottage is near yercaud lake and near hotel shelvrayon. Easy to find location.

Pros: really enjoyed the stay with my family. My two kids had good fun. Very near to yercaud lake but the place is so calm. Rooms and toilet are clean & well maintained. Cons: breakfast menu is repeated everyday but food is good.

The rooms were clean. The location of the restaurant is at the center of yercaud. We suggest to include coffee, juices also in the menu. Also in the dinner, we would suggest to have more south indian tiffin items like dosa

Really it's a good Stay with warm Hospitality and Nice ambiance

Room was good but there is no signal, mobile network is zero and hotel wifi is very bad
