The room was very nice and clean The location was perfect and the was too delicious

Very bad breakfast, though rooms were clean but serrvice was pathetic. wifi was not working most of the times

My stay at the hotel was very good. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The ambiance of the hotel was also pleasant and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is not worth the money you spend for it. Cleanliness was below average. Room landline phone was not working and there was no coverage for the mobile connection in the room. Food was way too expensive.

Booked a Suite Room with breakfast from 11–13 June. On Day 1, buffet was not available and breakfast was served after a long 40-minute wait. Informed reception on 12th about early check-out on 13th and requested breakfast adjustment or a takeaway option. Initially denied, then promised dinner adjustment. But dinner was never delivered despite 1.5 hrs wait, and later I was told the kitchen was closed. No breakfast packed either. Left early morning feeling helpless. Poor service, false assurances, and zero accountability. Not expected from a so-called premium hotel.
