Check in was good, the staff was good and friendly, Rooms were clean and location was good Overall it was a nice experience

I booked business double room but staff show me some ordinary room .Then I asked whether this was the room whose pictures I had seen while booking on MMT he said that room already booked I was unsatisfied but ok and The bedsheet of the room was slightly torn and there was a foul smell in the room.. staff behaviour was good but not room.

The stay was amazing and the staff is also very cooperative. I have stayed here multiple tim. Great place to be!

Staff behaviour was not good, administration was poor, morning breakfast was very bad..other facility was not good...I will never recommend anyone to choose this hotel..

Pathetic Service.. Inspired of informing the hotel in much advance, it seems they don't care, No Towel, Soap in the room. Even after asking multiple time, it took an hour to bring the same same, still no soap, and yeah the manager was surprised how can anyone ask for these basic things and was unhappy with me. Moreover, cleanliness, Location and other Services not worth 1600. Would not suggest at all, unless u get it within Rs 400-500. Thank God I have booked for one day only.. for remaining 5 Day i checked-in in Treboo Budha, somewhere in S K puri and was way better at same price, incuding breakfast Pathetic Service.. property food and facilities are very bad

no towel no soap was provided and while I asked during the check out they told that u didn't asked guys these things are mandatory items every hotels provide and the electricity went off 3hr before the check out .I was having breakfast included plan and they were having only sattu partha in this hot summer season. really waste of money

Extremely rude staff, did not provide breakfast. Refused flexible timings. No housekeeping facilities, Extremely rude and threatening staff. please don't book here, I certainly won't.

Room service and breakfast not on time and sometime not given also they are taking charges for water bottle no free water provided additionally bed is not comfortable and electricity sometime goes out and after some minutes it comes overall average experience.

Not a good stay. Poor maintained place. Hotel cum PG look. The property is not as per it cost. Very poorly maintained.

Rooms are good.Bathrooms r maintained poorly, Service is poor, No bath towels in bathroom, breakfast included but denied initially but provided after insisting.On asked water bottle at 06:00 AM, got an answer to be served at 7:00Am but actually received at 08:00 Am.

Room was not proper clear and bed was also not clear it is totally disgusting Room blanket also dirty

The manager was unaware of my booking and only realized it when I arrived at the hotel. He took 30 to 45 minutes to prepare the room, leaving me waiting. Additionally, the location was much more remote than it appeared on the map. The manager seemed unhappy to receive a booking for just 600 Rs, as he typically charges no less than 2000 Rs as told by him. He also made excuses for not turning on the AC, claiming it was under repair. The next morning, he only offered tea and toast for breakfast, saying the cook didn't come in due to the rain. The bedsheets were not clean, and the room did not match the pictures shown on the app.

It was nice hospitality by their staffs. Room was also well maintained, AC was also working. Food facility enhance the level of this property. Distance wise, it’s nearer to Airport, zoo BPSC, but will have to take online cab to go everywhere

No water in bathroom. 24by7 entry exit not possible. Staff gives orders to guests to not stay outside late at night as no one will open the gate

Door was broken, almira was broken, low cleanness, staff behavior was very so poor, if you say to change the room, they said we dont have room, even after i searched room and found room was available

The condition of rooms was not same as shown on photos ! service was good.

While checking in, i was provided only with room nothing else no towel, no soap, no tissue roll, no toiletries nothing at all. Even hotel is not providing anything with room not even 1 litre water also. For everything you need to call them 5-5 times. Please note that you don't have any telephone in room, you need to call on their mobile only for anything. Also, all staff of hotels are very rude. Rooms was dirty and filthy. They didn't even cleaned after several request also. We stayed for 4 days and they never cleaned. One day forcefully i have requested to clean. They use to not answer call of you will call them.

The rooms were damped. The blanket was of low quality with big burnt hole in it. Bedsheet are stained with blood splatter. Room was totally dirty. Tv with wifi connection keeps buffering. No toiletry items. Behaviour of staff was also very pathetic. They don't listen even after calling 6-7 times over phone.
