It was a pleasant stay, the hotel staff was cooperative in every aspect and allowed me to modify the date of the hotel booking when by mistake i booked the hotel twice.

The cleanliness of the room is average however the front desk and the room service is wonderful! excellent offer for solo travellers. Can't recommend it for families.

Pros: good polite front desk, early check-in was allowed in my case, clean bed, good 56" smart tv in the room, hot water was just warm but fine. Bar in ground floor is also ok. Cons: no soaps or shampoo given, towel was a bit smaller, maintenance of bathroom fittings were poor, no hanger inside bathroom, no ash tray, no clarity about room service ( only bar menu was kept in room)

Stay was completely o key o key would have improved the room keeping for one day it's o key more than one day for 1200 it's not that much worth and bathroom was not that much clean and the heater was also not working

Hotel is not in use. Full of dust every where. No hot water. Bathroom flush not working. The room was mopped and cleaned after we arrived.
