Reaching the hotel is a bit confusing. It is located on the 2nd floor in a complex occupied by many businesses and shops below. The building has parking for car but limited. Two wheelers usuallybpark in front of the building. A small lift at the corner of a small empty room is your only way to reach to the reception at the second floor. Not as easy to reach for first time visitors. Reception hall is decent and friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Bathroom is clean, lavatories are functional and no issues with plumbing. For my room, the lavatory ventilation was an issue, but overall good. The Aircon was working well. Bed is comfy, lighting is fine. Staff is friendly and quite prompt at their work. No disturbance, no noise, cool and calm ambience to help you relax. Had to request room service once but otherwise good. Food facilities are not there in the hotel. They do give you a water bottle on request and I suppose you can avail cold drinks for a price. Haven't tried out their room service but they do offer breakfast if included in the package. Can avail even otherwise for a price. The process for checkin and checkout was smooth and hassle free. Decent place. Nothing outlandish. Fine for a stay for 2-3 days.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, only issue was the lift service to the 3 floor required the reception on 2 floor to send it up on request each time. Would recommend the same to others 👍

The rooms were inadequately cleaned, with the washrooms emitting a foul odor. The torn pillows added to the unpleasant atmosphere, and the room remained uncleaned for two days. Moreover, the corridors reeked of smoke. Neither were toiletries provided nor bed linen/bath linen cleaned properly

The stay was good. Room is clean. We opted for only rooms. Mysore palace is very nearby. And there are many street shops down the hotel. Overall it was a good experience.

The room and the facilities were good. Parking was available. But no items were provided in bathroom and no towels were provided either. So, it was a mixed experience.
