The lucky hotel is very iconic and one of a simple kind near hill road area, bandra. Rooms were clean and ok for couple. No views from any of the rooms. There are some rooms in opposite apartments, which are newer and more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and tasty. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. Irrespective of the time, they were available round the clock. Even, when it was raining bad, they went a step ahead to help me and my family get a taxi arranged. Helped us crossed the road along with the luggage, stayed with us for approx 40 mins to get a taxi arranged. Fabulous services and staff!

There were some flaws when it comes to managing covid rules, over all good hotel. Two most important pros are the hotel is just opposite railway station and the food u order will get from famous lucky restaurant, that u will cherish
