Short stay of a single night . Clean rooms with all amenities. No view to speak of. Excellent service. Zero complaints

Lupin is good hotel located away from the hustle bustle of Gulmarg market. It has great rooms and good restaurant. It is walkable from museum and palace. You'll need cab for gondola ride station

while booking a hotel. I got a message that breakfast is included as complementary. however, while reaching the hotel, they could not find our breakfast as complementary. it wasn't a nice experience.

The staff were really very good and well behaved. Also, the stay and services provided are excellent. Food was also awesome and the location is just wow.Just one suggestion for old age people lifts should be provided or convenient rooms for old people should be given on the same floors.

Location is in Gulmerg, walking distance from golf course, food, quality and taste is good restaurant view is excellent during snowfall, Centrally heated warmer and AC, Hotel staff are very humble and cooperative

Lupin Hotel in Gulmarg is a fantastic choice, especially for families! The spacious family rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, thanks to the dedicated staff: Yaseen (Front Office Manager), Naasir (Bell Boy), Zajid (Housekeeping), and Aasif (Front Office), who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Gulmarg!

Hotel is good with good central heating.. Staff is promt, friendly , helpful and active. The hotel is a bit far from gondola and Market area. So during winter due to slippery ice on roads it gets difficult to reach the hotel or go to marker or Gondola by walking.There is not enough room for parking car.. during winter hotel should provide vehicle till market with reasonable rates and we are ready to pay for it. But there are other vehicles and their agents outside the hotel who charge heavy amount to arrange a vehicle. This gives a bad impression to the hotel. I Hope the hotel authorities look into this. This is my suggestion... thanks 👍

Too good

Staying at Lupin Hotel has been one of the best stay experiences in our entire 10 day Kashmir trip, the location is just out of a postcard with picturesque views out of the room window, staff is extremely courteous especially Naser who was the restaurant manager took very good care of our food preferences during breakfast and dinner. Room was huge with a centrally controlled room heater, overall a definite recommend to my fellow travellers.

One of the best stays in gulmarg. Don’t miss the chance to try hot chocolate drink. The staff were very friendly and would definitely recommend if you planning to visit gulmarg and looking for a stay.

I had a pleasant stay @ the Lupin Gulmarg ... the reason being the staff and the cozy rooms .. the staff was always there to help and guide throughout my stay ... I thinks its not only the Luxury it’s always the people who are there for you ... to assist .... i loved the coffee in-house ..... wanted to stay more because of the cool and calmness of the staff and the location of the property .. i want to thank from deep Down of my heart ... Danish (reception), Nazer security ), Vikas (F&b), Kaiser ( coffee shop)... You all made my stay memorable ... thank a lot brothers ... Ok

Small boutique hotel with clean rooms, warm staff and a great coffee shop. Away from the hustle and bustle. Only issue is it has four floors and has no lift, so take a room near the reception and restaurant if anyone has mobility impairment.
