Good hotel without flexibility in checkout timings

The stay was pleasant. The only catch here is that hotel does not allow flexible check-in as mentioned. So i had to pay half day charge for staying for additional 4 hours.

Location is a very good locality in central chennai near to everything else. But the usp is the proximity to the us embassy & vac which is probably walkable from this hotel but you may want to hail an auto-rickshaw - and you will get one very easily here ! food is very good for the price they charge. - so just book your room with breakfast and you will not be disappointed. And the restaurant is open almost always and there is room service also. Rooms are neat & clean. Good & responsive staff, reception and management.

The hotel is close to vac and us consulate office for visa interview. You can pick an uber auto from hotel and reach both destination under 10 mins. Very clean neat room and polite staff.

I am staying hotel m grand like business trip. Good amenities. I'm very satisfied the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Mr veer a raghavan they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you hotel m grand

Superb value for money. Food is good but little expensive hotel and located in centre of the city where we can accessible to any place. Makemytrip provides a good deal for hotels. Wi-Fi network is insufficient to access.

For visiting us visa the hotel is very good option, room and wash room were quite clean although it room was bit small. Breakfast spread can be improved with quality of food

It is a good hotel in the heart of t nagar. Neat and clean. A few points- 1. A shower curtain is not placed in the bathroom. Room 308. I reported this. 2. When a couple stay, they should provide two. Only one was provided the 2, nd day. First day we asked for it. 3. Tissue paper for toilet was not placed. Only sprinkler was available. 4. Ac went off for 2 hours and became sultry. 5. Hand shower could be provided.

Rooms are good. Bathroom but little conjusted but ok. But they don't want to share the ac remote they say some reasons. After repetitive requests they gave. One good thing is they provide many language channels in tv, not like others. They have small restaurant too.

Unhygienic rooms, tissue papers on demand, 1 ac remote to multiple rooms, tired house keeping, on demand breakfast will be ready by 8am onwards. Air handling units just next to windows and too noisy during on / off. Sticky flooring
