Let’s start with what was good- Food was good. That’s it.. the end of good things. U stayed here for 2 nights and the room I was in had a window which was connected to some storage room. There was no floor mat in front of bathroom, basic utilities like- soap, shampoo, handwash was not refilled and the worst part is both power points were not working. An electrician was called and was able fix one point. On top of all this no cab no auto come near the hotel location due to construction work. I literally had to walk close to 2kms with heavy luggage between potholes, mud.. it’s was disgusting and unpleasant.

Good Stay
Room was good and spacious but TV was not functioning.Bedsheets were not replaced on everyday basis .Food was almost good.Staffs were courteous.Manager was helpful and supportive.

Hotel is situated very close to the River Ganges and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple.. Good food.. Attention has to be given to maintanence & facilities.

Good location but terrible experience
You can easily reach ghats & Vishwanath temple for this hotel but you cannot reach the hotel by cab/auto. You need to walk around 1km with your luggage to reach there. Staff are very rude. They charged us extra amount for 3rd adult even we booked family room. Bathroom tap was working so we asked to change the room. They other room ac was not working but the staff were not ready to repair the ac or change the room. Even after paying full amount+extra charges for ac room we had to sleep in fan. We needed to ask for water bottles & shower gels everytime. They did not replace the towels for 3 days even after multiple reminders. Pathetic service.

Property location is good but stay is terrible. Old man at reception is rude and ignorant. Stay is not worth the money spent. Hotel condition is also not good.

Good Stay
The stay was perfect, with the property being very close to gate 4 of vishwanath mandir, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. Room service was decent but required follow-up each time; however, the staff was prompt and responsive whenever something was requested. The restaurant on the first floor offers great food, although the service can be a bit slow. Overall, it's a good experience with some room for improvement in service speed, but the location and food quality make it worthwhile.

Excellent Stay
Property is located conveniently close to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Clean room .Good room service. The normal checkin time is 1 pm ,however arranged early checkin at 11 am on request. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Good accommodation and dining experience.
The hotel is located close to the historical ghats and also is at a walking distance from the famous kashi vishwanath temple. The management and staff of this hotel were very supportive and cooperative.
