First off all i booked a premium room but they gave me standard room and then in that room no connection of tv and no water bottel there and no towels. I called them for water for that they changed me extra. Very poor service.

There was party going on whivh went till 12. 10 am. I was not able to sleep bcoz of sound and next day i had exam. This stay effected my exam.

When i was visited there employee declined to get breakfast because of hotel renovations then why should i select option of breakfast

Guys pols don't book this hotel is very bad just like dharamshala, i didn't stay there i saw the rooms and scared. Immediately we leave the hotel.

Hotel was a real tip. No facility for dining, shower not working. Freezing cold with no heating. Asked to pay rs500 per night for room heater. Very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone. Two aloo prat-has for breakfast with no other option. Undesirable and unfriendly management. It is a marriage palace, not hotel. Mmtshould not list this hotel. Completely useless. Waste of time and money. I could not sleep well for three nights as it was too cold with no heating provision. I will never use this hotel again.
