Review Of HOTEL M.S RESIDENCY

The bed was shabby without any proper room service deptt. The don’t serve basics like tea etc. Only in the name of restaurant they had a bar restaurant from where they send food and ask for upfront payment. Basically it’s a banquet hall trying to earn the benefits of hotel too.

Hi-tel blanket and bad sheet not clean

The service of this place is very good. It makes us feel at home. Keep it up. Need to get service a bit faster.

Balnket quaility is very low clas. Also mattress can b upgrade for comfortable stay, should b a dustbin in the room

Room was 50:50, waiting more and overall 5 out of 10

Not proper things like heater, warmer, etc and cleaning is not ok

No kitchen, no cleanliness, no connection of shower with hot water, intercom not working. Worst hotel ever seen

There was party going on whivh went till 12. 10 am. I was not able to sleep bcoz of sound and next day i had exam. This stay effected my exam.

This property is not maintenance as per hotel

When i was visited there employee declined to get breakfast because of hotel renovations then why should i select option of breakfast

It was average but according to money they can do better

Guys pols don't book this hotel is very bad just like dharamshala, i didn't stay there i saw the rooms and scared. Immediately we leave the hotel.

First off all i booked a premium room but they gave me standard room and then in that room no connection of tv and no water bottel there and no towels. I called them for water for that they changed me extra. Very poor service.

Hotel was a real tip. No facility for dining, shower not working. Freezing cold with no heating. Asked to pay rs500 per night for room heater. Very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone. Two aloo prat-has for breakfast with no other option. Undesirable and unfriendly management. It is a marriage palace, not hotel. Mmtshould not list this hotel. Completely useless. Waste of time and money. I could not sleep well for three nights as it was too cold with no heating provision. I will never use this hotel again.

Its very good to say that the stay I had in this hotel was superb. Staff was very convenient and the atmosphere of hotel was so ambience.
