Terrible experience, high tariff room booked but poor low tariff room given

Very poor quality room and very poor service. Room picture doesn't match with original room tariff. Terrible experience, no body is there to listen your problem. Room didn't provided as per tariff, they given me lower tariff room, giving excuses of non availability of rooms.
