Towels are in horrible state. Calling bell doesn't work; he room's door makes noise; no restaurant attached but room service is good

Hotel rooms need multiple fixes. One room didn't have latches to bathroom door. One room wash basin pipe was leaking. Another was a smoking room which was offered to us when a family with kid has come. Since it is an old hotel. If repair works are dine, it would b better.

Stay was very bad. No car parking. No kitchen arrangements. No cleanliness. Overall i will never prefer to stay in that hotel madhura inn.
